Il sound è marcatamente funk/soul jazz vintage, con punte acide ed aggressive.
In Fast Cars & Sexy Girl, always the Hammondbeat (2009), the irony does not stop at just the title. The song is fun, fresh in its vintage appeal, and has extensive references to key thrusts McDuff, Jones, Patton, Wilson and winks at JTQ.
